Carpenter Ant: a huge black worker on a plant potter. Edited in Photoshop, cool and warm quicksilver colors created by blending two layers using different Virtual Photographer (free) plug-in.

I like your macro photos... Heck, I really like all your photos. How did you put the little "Ap" icon in the corner of each one? I'd like to be able to do the same to protect my pictures... Thanks!

I have a photoshop action that I run after sizing down for web. It adds the black and white frame, then opens a file that has the "Ap" text with dropshadow, copies it and pastes it back into the current image. I then manually move it to a corner and set the transparency to suite the image. There are easier automated ways to do this, like Photoshop's web page batch process or IrfanView (handy free program), but if you want something unique it'll take some bit of effort.
