Daddy Long Legs on a dead cone flower. Not a real spider, and not poisonous either. They eat decaying plants and very small insects.

Garden Spider with a fresh juicy grasshopper. This huge gal didn't really like me trying to take her catch in order to get a closer shot of the hopper. She sprinted back and hauled her lunch back up into the pine tree.
